If your training hard and you take lots of protien and creatine and good diet you will be lean and ripped. Its quite obvious to tell people who are on steroids while training they bulk unbelievable quick and cant controll there muscle bulk. People need to understand sports nutrition theres so many good supplements now which are completely safe and legal. I can bulk and get cut in two months of training with weights and boxing and any fat starts to strip as soon as you start taking protien. When your training in boxing taking the right supplements and diet you will get excellent results.
Your lack of understanding of basic science does not mean you can pull the race card out of your ass every time.
Bottom line, if the "shake" is the reason for Pac's success and/or is some magical potion that allows him super human strength and endurance as is implied, dude's giving him steriods. Now all this could be remedied by either Ariza shutting his ****ing mouth about it, and/or Pac submitting to legitimate testing and testing practices. If in todays day and time you don't think this is suspect you are putting your blinders on in hopes of ignoring the truth. I'm not trying to be funny, I'm not trying to be a dick, or a flame baiter etc, I legitimately feel as though this is an issue that an intelligent person should question, but that's just me.
This isn't accurate, obviously you don't understand sports nutrition. Not all steriods create mass and get "muscle bulk", some simply define and enhance already existing muscles. The greatest benefit to steriods is recovery time, it allows you to train like an idiot then recover and be able to repeat this process over and over, at that point the training becomes the key to success. That being said, if one doesn't possess super human recovery abilities it limits what and how much training one could do.
:hey:hey:hey:hey:hey This content is protected This content is protected By BEN COHEN Avi Korine of The Rumble has done an extensive time line of Manny Pacquiaos weight over the past 3 1/2 years, proving that Pacquiaos ring weight (the weight he actually goes into the ring at rather than the weigh in weight) has barely deviated at all. In fact, since November of 2006, Pacquiao has only put on 4 1/2bs in terms of actual fighting weight. Does this sound like someone taking steroids? Heres the time line: Pacquiao vs Morales, November 6th 2006 Weigh in weight: 129 Night of fight: 144 Pacquiao vs Barrera, October 2007 Weigh in weight: 130 Night of fight: 144 Pacquiao vs Marquez, March 2008 Weigh in weight: 129 Night of fight: 145 Pacquaio vs Diaz, June 2008 Weigh in weight: 134 1/2 Night of fight: 147 Pacquiao vs DeLaHoya, December 2008 Weigh in weight: 142 Night of fight: 148 1/2 Pacquiao vs Hatton, May 2009 Weigh in weight: 138 Night of fight: 148 Pacquiao vs Cotto, November 2009 Weigh in weight: 144 Night of fight: Unknown Avi was kind enough to post the following diagram: This content is protected This content is protected

Facts caneman? Now what is that idiot going to do with FACTS? That's right, he's going to ignore it... Good post.
I know some people have the right genectics for muscle mass and dont have to work that hard for it, but when you are training as hard as Pro boxers constantly toning muscle, right diet, right supplements, your going to be ripped you only have to lose body fat to expose the hard work.
YES WE CAN ,YES WE CAN AND I WILL ,LIKE I SAID DIFFERENT DRUGS USE HAVE A DIFFERENT EFFECT ON PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO BOXING. DID YA"LL FORGET http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=2782402
