    Was my sentiment when Floyd Sr. first made the accusation but that changed when Pac and his team came back with off the wall reasons as to why he shouldnt be tested.

    I hate Floyd and support Manny but he does need to clear his name.

    That's hardly a remarkable number given that the average male does indeed burn 2500 kcals over a 24 hour period.

    Surely it would be better for him to just stuff himself just before going to bed, rather than having to wake up in the middle of the night.

    I'm no expert (although I have done a course in nutrition), but I read that it's better to eat very little during the day but really fill up just before bed, as the body will digest food while sleeping, and after it's been digested, it can be used for energy.

    He should take slow digesting food before bed, like casein.

    It's also advisable to eat more during the first half of the day, then taper it off as the day progresses.

    Very loose example, but it's like surfers and their surfers breakfast.
