Come on now lets not make Pacman out to be a Machine here. Not a chance in hell he works out for 6-8 hours straight. He may be at the gym for that long but he aint pushing himself for that many straight hours.

Linemen in the NFL do have 2 a days where they work out twice a day so every Summer so they arent just sitting in the weight room.

7000 calories for such a small guy sounds far fetched to me.

    Yes?

It's 3 times what the average non-athlete is supposed to consume.

You think he doesn't work out 3 times as hard as the normal person? let alone 3 times as much, and having to maintain extra muscle for it?

Muscle burns more energy than fat, it takes a lot to stay bigger than your natural weight.
Body builders eat more than that, and they don't spend nearly the amount of cardio he does.

    Totally makes sense to me.

Yeah i heard Alex doing the same with Khan, he pumps in 7k cals a day. The workouts are extreme, they need the cal to burn and keep weight on, good weight.

Waking up at 3am every morning to take a shake can't be doing any good for Pacs circadian rhythm. Just this interruption alone breaks your REM sleep cycle and this is not to mention the digestive process that must take place. As we all know, sleep deprivation also affects motor skills...

No one said he was going 6-8 hours straight, but he is very likely working out that much a day.

Considering he does conditioning and muscle training in the morning.

Then boxing in the afternoon with Roach.

    Morning probably 2-3 hours.

With Roach to refine skills, bag work, sparring.

    Easily 3-5 hours.

It's fine for the body, considering that it stops his body from eating away at his own muscle.
