Arreola Cancels September Bout. Wlad - Arreola Next?

In these highlights, I see Arreola landing about 3 combos and a couple straight lefts. Otherwise he got completely dominated; there were no close rounds. But props to Arreola for courage.

Would he be more likely to get to Wlad? We'd like to think so. But realistically....no Wlad's too nimble too fast too cautious. He'll do more cumulative damage to mark up Arreola's face and get the mid-rounds TKO.

 

Chris needs to fight Helenius prior to Wlad. That is probably the best tune up out there as far as replicating a poor mans version of Wlad.

I got a feeling its going to be Arreola vs. James Toney before there is a Wlad fight.

Think Arreola has improved since the Vitali fight.
In better shape and more dedicated.
He'll at least come to fight.

 

I would have liked this fight back then when Arreola was undefeated. Stylewise imo Arreola is a bigger threat to Wladimir than to Vitaly. It´s just that he has tasted defeat twice already. So i don´t think he has the same hunger for victory as when he fought Vitaly. Nevertheless, an aggressive puncher is always dangerous for Wlad cause of his weak chin. If only Arreola had some speed...
