I really thought he would've been knocked out by round 6 but I'll give him credit. I still can't believe he cried afterwards and than later talked crap when he was interviewed. Question is who would win out of Sam Peter and Cris Arreola?

Eh, I wouldn't say great just yet. Lots of guys have been able to go rounds with Vitali mostly because he's such an arm puncher. I mean even Danny Williams with his incredibly shaky chin was able to last till 8.

Vitaly isn't one punch KO artist, he is volume puncher, he unload a lot power shots in a
long time period and take opponents out later, mostly they cover and give up.
The very slick boxers who are not receiving much punishment have chances (see Chris Byrd).

Travis Walker has very good one punch power, I would say even more than Vitali. It's just that the rest of him is not very good.
Every 230+ fighter, who has a good technique and puts his whole bodyweight is going to do damage, if he lands flush on the chin. So in theory everybody can knock out everybody. But that's where ability and reflexes come to play, everybody can hit a heavybag, but not many can hit a moving target repeatedly on the chin.

Vitali just doesn't hit as hard as people say, regardless of his K.O%.

he couldn't knock out the Lewis that Rahman sparked. Nuff said.

To be honest, Areola didn't go for broke because he was getting hit hard, he was just paying attention where he was getting hit so he won't get hit on the pressure point, basicly he was just surviving or else he would've been punching more. Vitally does hit hard just look at his build and height, common sense.

What he said. This describes Vit Klit's power exactly. He hardly ever sits down on his shots to get that one punch explosive power, though he probably could if he wanted to - but he has had hand problems, so he doesn't do so, most likely. He hits very hard, but not as hard as possible, on every punch, adding up to lengthy, horrific beatings. Look at Arroela, Williams, and Sanders after their fights with VK. All pretty busted up.

The pre-Vitali Peter would have beat Arreola, I think, or at least given a good fight. Post-Vitali Peter is a psychological mess and can be beaten by any top-20 fighter. His last opponent was some guy that had lost 8 in a row. The guy before that was garbage as well. Before that, he was beaten by a light puncher. Sam is in a major confidence-building phase. I doubt it will work. He was ruined by Klitschko.

Yeah that's true the latter rounds he started getting a bunch of rights in. But to the some people that still question Arreola's chin.........like someone already mentioned, Vitali has a high KO percentage. Most people don't last 10 rounds with Vitali so I'll give Arreola some credit. But after watching the fight again i can't blame his trainer for stopping the fight b/c Vitali started landing a lot of right hands. Those last two rounds would've been brutal.
