Yeah, at least Arreola's punches aren't as looping at Peter's shots.
Arreola throws his punches a bit tighter than Peter.

But I still think Solis could take him.

not so sure he beats peter...peter has fought world class competition and beat alot of them while knocking down wlad 3 times...not so sure arreola beats him but it would be a slugfest

He will probably not ammount to much but he is a fun fighter to watch and one that I will root for regardless of what happens in his career.

bust...he will lose to haye.. and even sultan and ruslan. might be able to win a paper title though if he plays his cards right. i see him beating valuev, that is the only titleholder he can beat.

I wasn't too impressed with Arreola. Tua would school him.

Thats more or less what i saw as well - i was very disappointed in his performance. He was poorly conditioned and looked painfully slow.I suppose he would have a punchers chance of winning a meaningful fight but i think both klits,Haye and Povetkin blast him away in 3 or 4 rounds.
Peter/Aerrola would be interesting while it lasted

He's a bust before hs is the future, but that doesn't mean he can't win a piece of the world HW title someday.

I just can't get behind a guy that won't get into "serious" condition. A spare tire is useful, just not in boxing!! Come on Chris, you're too young to be fatter than James Toney! Arreola will become the new King of the 4 Rounders if he doesn't shape up.

If he continues to fight at over 250lbs he isn't the future of anything, except a KFC / Taco Bell Franchise!

i reckon arreola will become an exciting gatekeeper after losing to one or two belt holders like wladimir and chageav or something.

the length and success of his career will be determined by his eating habits. i think he's pretty solid. i mean i dont think wladimir spars guys like arreola if they were soft touches.

I'd say a bust, but it's too early to judge.

I will put it this way i compare him to the kimbo of boxing he is hott right now and until he gets ktfo i will continue to watch his fight he is exciting to watch and you still have the "is it time for him to get ktfo" thought in the back of your mind

unless he gets in shape and improves his D her will not make it past any of the top guys but like i said i will watch till it happens.

If he stays 258 -- Bust .... He will just be too damn slow for guys like Wlad and Vitali --- even Sam Peter beats him right now I think .. David Haye would probably be way to fast for him... but Haye better hope he doesn't get tagged once..

If Chris can get down to about 230-235 , I think his skills ... both defensively and offensively , would look MUCH better... he is just carrying way too much weight right now and his reflexes are too slow... but he definitely has enough skill for this HW division..

Even if he gets into great shape, its far too early to tell if he will be a great HW.. I hope he does though, I enjoy watching him fight... and he is pretty funny

    Somewhere in between.

He's got good qualities but I don't see anything about him yet that makes me think he'll be a legendary champion...or even arguably a champion at all yet.

He needs to really sort his weight issues out and work on that defence.
Otherwise, good punch or not, he'll be a catcher.

Arreola can punch, but Walker was beating him to the punch until he got sloppy and left his chin out there...I think KingPin would exploit his flaws
