Not to turn this into a Chisora vs Arreola thread but I don't rate either man much higher than each other. TBH if anything I would favor Arreola over Chisora if they ever fought. Think Chisora is just too slow and Arreola won't be the stationary target that Dereck wants. Arreola might get him out of there with a sharp straight right.
Styles makes fights and he matches up well against Chisora if he can get him out quickly. Chisora is much better defensively but with both of them going straight at each other that may not matter and Arreola does hit harder. But I'd still favour Chisora who is in much better condition and performed better when facing top opposition. I believe he is stronger then Arreola being naturally heavier and more muscled and would survive some rough early rounds to out work and out point Arreola. Chisora did much better against Vitali as well.
I don't understand how it's possible for Arreola to be placed in so many fights at such a high-up level for so many years and still not motivate yourself to get into shape.
A little rude but it's the truth. Hopefully this is his wake up call. Arreola said he's going to have to stop with the beer... pre fight I frowned at the way Arreola was talking about his drastic improvements though I guess it's Atlas job to eat up the hype . The look on Atlas face when Arreola was on the cavas from the sevond knockdown was a look of disappointment.
That's the problem! He hasn't had to do much to get title or title eliminator shots. Hopefully with this loss he will understand that these type of matches won't be knocking on his door anytime soon unless he starts to show some improvements in the conditioning and skill dept.
obese, **** balance, no defense, pushed punches, tits, no muscles, waldorf nose & complete lack of ring IQ But he does have heart This content is protected
I didn't mean it as rude. I was just pointing out the obvious. Teddy seems to have always had this big soft spot for Arreola. Which I always thought was weird because Teddy is big on discipline and always talks about fighters' weights and usually likes slicker fighters above all else and Arreola seems like the polar opposite of what he normally likes and he has always supported him. Don't get it. You won't get any argument from me there. Still think he's a shameless liar but he's a real fighter and it was pretty good stuff from him.
