I 2nd that. Every fighter may cry within themselves after a loss, or cry in the locker room or at home like Hatton says he did for days. But be a pro in the ring, accept it, and move on. Dont cry in the ring. You knew what this sport was all about. How often did you see Jordan or Holyfield or Woods cry after they lost a big event/game? Sorry, a time and a place for everything and Im not accepting his weak display of crying IN THE RING RIGHT AFTER THE FIGHT as being something to be respectful towards. Im glad he did it though, so all the K bro fans can laugh and say I told you so to all the K haters.

Nothing wrong with crying but watching a fully grown man lose it is not pretty.

Ummm no wrong.. they didn't talk about a lack of fundamentals, they talked about a lack of team chemistry and unity.

Thus the change with a having a set US team who plays together every summer..

You clearly don't know much about Basketball either... Just QUIT NOW Bizarro, you are making a fool of yourself.

The US team that lost was just a compilation of talent that had no chemistry due to never playing together... They were playing against teams that may have had less individual talent but played well together for years and had a lot of practice together as a team.

Thus the change in the TEAM USA approach, teams worldwide have gotten much better at basketball, so throwing together a bunch of talent with no teamwork won't win it all anymore. Team USA started focusing on teamwork and chemistry and look what happened... THEY COMPLETELY BLEW EVERYONE OUT OF THE WATER.

Those were the tears of a warrior I saw last night and as soon as they stopped the fight I said to myself, "He's gonna cry," and lo and behold he did. There was no shame in that. Mayweather has shed tears of jubilation in the ring before after a victory w/o getting asinine threads made about him so allow Chris to shed his tears w/o silly threads such as this propagating.

Sorry for speaking honestly. All the people watching the fight that were indifferent about who they wanted to win or were K fans were cracking up at Arreolas post fight display. The only ones feeling bad about it are his fans and labeling it as something noble.

I was rooting for VK, but will admit it was hard watching CA cry, completely losing control. My main thought is that if he would live and train with that same emotion he would have had a better chance at winning the fight. He does need to learn to watch his mouth though.

In hindsight his management team should have recognized he was not in the proper state of mind, nor emotional state to do an interview. In team did the right thing in stopping the fight, they need to learn that protecting your fighters also means protecting him outside the fight itself.

Sorry dude, youre completely wrong about it. It created this whole discussion about Euro players have better shooting/team play FUNDAMENTALS. Big argument about was that american players in the draft/college/NBA were playing street ball focusing on one-one plays/dunks, no DEFENSE and not knowing how to play on a team. Euro players have the focus on how to shoot/pass/run plays/play DEFENSE.

Google it. Team chemistry was an issue, but was not the main discussion. LACK OF FUNDAMENTALS being taught in american ball was the discussion.

I have not seen the fight or the crying part yet, but after what i read on threads here and other forums, Chris fought his ass off and gave all he had in this fight.. Ofcourse he got overwhelmed by emotions at the end, seen many times in boxing and other sports, Absolutely nothing with crying.. it just shows he`s human and have feelings like everyone else! To call him a crybaby is f... disrespectful and childish!

    LOL GOOGLE IT??? hahaahahaha

Listen chump, I have been an NBA fan for my whole life, I have a love for the game. I coach Basketball, played some college basketball and watch the NBA life a fiend. I am not bias either, Ricky Rubio was my favorite player this year out of the draft and Gasol is one of my favorite players as well. You Just DON"T KNOW what the **** you are talking about AT ALL... Please stop trying now..

Just because you get these EURO's that go to basketball camps there entire childhoods, where they just shoot all day doesn't mean they have better fundamentals.

And don't talk Defense with me.... European players are some of the worst defenders in the NBA... many of them lack the toughness required to defend around the basket..

You know how many Euro players have made it to even the Second ALL NBA defensive team in the last five years?? ONE .... ONE PLAYER.. Kirilenko isnt even considered that solid of a defender anymore

Bull****. I didn't think too much of Arreola going in, wasn't a fan at all. And thought he'd be knocked out quick. But he hung in there and showed toughness to the end. And, in his post-fight interview, he showed that he actually CARED about winning. Boxing fans could only wish that half of the businessmen masquerading as boxers cared as much about winning today.

Oh, and a note to all you pseudo-macho PUNKS - a REAL man can, and should, cry. Losers who have no sense of their own emotions can't. Maybe someday some of you teenagers in age or mind will realize this! Until then, screw off.
