Oh so he's the first fighter ever to 'talk smack' before a fight and then lose?? You're a know-nothing ****-for-brains NOOB. STFU.
I doubt Tyson was actually able to physically cry with all the anti-depressant medication he was on. He barely even turned up for the fight mentally. What a painful lesson that was.
Exactly! That kind of passion has been sorely lacking from the sport for way too long. Now we will see if Arreola has the commitment to back it up and keep improving.
Toughest fight? Did you watch it? You and Arreola must be smoking, I mean eating, the same stuff that causes you to lose grasp of reality. And of course there was a loser last night. If not, did Klitschko not win? Why was Arreola crying if there was no loser? Dont use those BS special olympics statements that there are no losers in a competition that is decided with a winner and a loser.
If David Haye cried like that, he would never ever hear the ****ing end of it, period. Ever! Some people are giving Arreola a pass because he tried so hard, but that was so way not even close to being enough. He was terrible, was completely outclassed, and looked so slow.
This kind of crying is really a sign of maturity - unlike the thread starter, who obviously is still in the growing up process.
This is what I don't get. Boxing fans should be HAPPY that there's a fighter that cares so much about losing. Most guys in Cris's position would be happy to collect their paycheck and move onto the next fight. This guy really CARES about actually WINNING each fight. It's quite refreshing.
Arreola cried because trained hard for a fight for once in his life, and lost. He didnt look near as bad as the whale physique as he usually has when he fights. He is pro fighter who admitted that he never ran to condition himself in training ever, before until training for Klitschko.
Stop this "double-standard" nonsense. Arreola is brutally honest mothaf*cker. He lets his fans see his character and that's why people related to him and felt for him last night. He fought his heart out and should take this as a learning experience. If a Klitschko cries, it wouldn't be received the same way because they don't let their guards down and aren't as blatantly passionate about fighting for their fans/country. Haye talks **** just to talk ****. If he cried, there's a chance that it wouldn't be 100% genuine.
What a shitty thread. Chris has passion. He wanted to finish the fight. He couldn't control the emotions that were pouring out him. It's cool. He's a human being.
