Unlike you, I don't follow/judge fighters based on where they are from, fatso. If you still think backing fighters because they share your residence adds inches to your dick then you are wrong, it's adding more to your already pregnant-like belly. Now watch out for photos of his recent visit to Sea World to take over this thread too.

I havent seen or heard of gio but ill check out his fights....

Mayorga like Arreola was 1 dimensional, he only knew how to do 1 thing, but he did it very well..

There styles dont work very well against opponents who can take their shots and arent afraid to counter them

When the come foward brawling style dosent work, they look lost in the ring

The second forrest fight was very close btw, and mayorga caught a cocky forrest in a war he was not expecting

and your crazy if you think countries have nothing to do with boxing....there's a reason calzaghe filled arenas across the pond, but couldn't even put 10k people in vegas....

not saying that's all there is to boxing, but you're one stupid caveman if you think that it has absolutely nothing to do with who you cheer for......

    :yep

He is skilled, just a big dude. I dont think he could get down past 200, it would be unhealthy.

Yeah Arreola is ultimately responsible for himself but sometimes when you get too comfortable with someone that professional edge is lost in the relationship. Telling him to cut his bad eating habbits from his current trainer may not have the effect of someone new. Look, I don't think this is unreasonable, he is now one loss away from becoming totally irrelavent so its now or never and a little despiration is in order.

Back in the day Manny Steward would lock Michael Moorer in his basement after 9:00 P.M, he cooked every meal Moorer consumed. He wanted to make sure Moorer remained under 175 and he did his job. Arreola should hire a pro trainer, and get rid of the sidekick.

Arreola has a number of problems. First his conditioning is a joke. Secondly he's nothing more than a club fighter. He cant put punches together to save his life. He lunges like a huge buffalo with the footwork of one and has as much finesse as 20 Samuel Peters. I dont understand the love affair with him.

Arreola first of all has to lose weight until he can go down to the 230's. Until he does that he cant hang with the top guys. he needs to get serious.

    You are right on !!!

All I kept hearing was " jab, jab punch " "jab, jab punch "

He is definitely in over his head as a trainer at this point.

If you train really hard, you may eat as much as your organism want.

He's well beyond what a new trainer can do for him.

Chris has been devolving at an alarming rate.
When throwing a lead, only the top half of him moves. If Adamek had taken a half-step back and thrown a left hook with right uppercut, Fat Nipple would have belly flopped.

It wasn't that long ago, when Nipple was in the boxing at 170-something. It's almost as if he's buying into the hype that he's a bum and is trying with all his might to make it true.
