hes in denial he thinks he is fine. yes his stamina is good and he really isnt considered a slow heavy weight he has good fast hands for a heavyweight throws good combos has good power. if he lost sum pounds and fought at 230 instead of 250 he would look b able to cut off the ring quicker and b able to stalk dwn opponents like adamek.
I don't think Chris has the work ethic to ever get down to 230lbs from this point on. It would defo be ideal, But If he didn't do before when he had all the motivation in the world It's hard to see him doing it with 2 L's on his record. That said, You defo speak the truth, Arreola needs to get in shape.
ya he just dont wannt it as bad as he says he does. if he did he would b in better shape because thats wut it takes to b the best.
It's all about motivation. I'm picking that Chambers is already 10 pounds higher after he got KTFOd. Arreola will duck anybody good for a while now because with another loss he will be finished and HBO will ditch him. I think that he should fight Gabe Brown just like Sam Peter did. After he wins his trainer can bring out a blackboard with some chalk and write an equation. Something like: Already fat boxer + getting fatter = get punched in the head more than necessary. :thumbsup It may take those measures for him to understand. This method may have helped Sam Peter.
what Abs? lol he would be an even better fighter if he could burn a few pounds, but I doubt it will happen...
I never thought I would hear myself say this, but I don't like seeing those big titties. He needs to work it out.
Holyfield stayed about 217 to 230 during his Hall of Fame career and continues to do so. He's a freak of nature. Take note Arreola!
If Arreola lost the required weight, the biggest difference you'd see in his game imo would be his punch output. As quick as his punches are, he simply doesn't throw enough and against most top contenders he's in a position to either knock them out or lose on the cards. \And as we saw last night a top contender knows how to win and avoid Arreola's wheel house or at least see most of his punches coming (this is another thing that would serve him well...throw shorter, straighter punches). Aside from this, all of the above mentioned aspects would improve too. There's no question CA would be an exponentially better fighter if he fought in the low 230s.
