estrada has never been stopped and is a big defensive fighter.

arreola is the complete opposite. arreola has fought a 12 round fight once vs vitali and never has been past 10 rounds. he is not going to wear down anyone. this fat slob will be tired down the stretch.

Sonny, Arreola never slowed down in the VK fight, period. The corner stopped it.If he is such a unskilled fatass then how come possible the best or at least the second best Hwt on the planet did not not blow him out in a couple of rounds?

Fact: Adamek is and was always easy to hit and if the iron chinned VK respected Arreolas power then your boy better run all night and try to outbox because slugging it out he is gonna get laid out bad. The problem is, Adamek eventually always slugs it out thru he entire career when the going gets tough...........

From what i've heard in close boxing circles here in the southwest is
that sheilds has adamek looking sharp and fast. There game plan may shock everyone, but an inside the distance win for goral would not surprise me one bit. Pimp C is from houston and he's been very quiet
on this fight subject. Wonder why? Maybe he heard something too.

The difference between getting hit by Vitali and getting hit by Adamek is distance. Vitali's power was snuffed out a lot by Arreola falling into it and preventing Vitali from getting full extension at times. If he falls in on the smaller Adamek he is going to be eating some clean, fully extended punches.

I don't suspect that Arreola will just shut down and stop punching though. He's been hit plenty of times before. I think his willpower, strength and combinations will get Adamek out of there. He's going to take a beating before that happens though. Both guys will.

I disagree and believe this is a good matchup. A bad matchup was Arreola-Minto. Adamek might not be as big and tall as Vitali but basically he's no shorter than Arreola. I'd be surprised if Arreola can outbox, outmove, or outpunch Adamek towards a solid victory.

If Arreola was so "all wrong" for Adamek you wouldn't have any interest.

If ""clubfighter" Minto could go 5 rounds, how is a top talent like Adamek going to get such a beating?

Really. Minto fought just like arreola but is much smaller. Goral will be moving and slipping. Plus his short compact right can hit the wide and slow arreola. Just keep the faith on your guy lou. The haters are gonna look stupid come sunday morning.

Arreola has been making a living beating bums and getting overblown when stepping up in competition. What makes anyone think he can beat a two weight division champ, who has a top chin and who has already beaten hard punchers such as Briggs, Bell and Banks. History tells us when Adamek fights sluggers he does well. I'm actually afraid for Arreolla's chin, which was not tested adequately by Vitali who was playing it safe and which didnt look so good before. Size difference is only in weight (i.e., useless flab) and will actually deter Arreola from doing what he wants in this fight. Again, Arreola's predictable come forward, pressuring tactics have been successful with gatekeepers, not world class fighters. And even then, a clubfighter like Minto was catching him left, right and center. Adamek is a deadly counter puncher and will catch Arreola badly because the dummy keeps leaning into his power punches.
