EVERYONE has a punchers chance, but if Vitali is in shape and focused, I just dont see Arreola winning this fight
thats the way he is. He watches his food, but he just goes to the hotel or restaurant kitchens and eats. like I said "OLD SCHOOL" I tease Vitali all the time about it. I tell him he is so old school that he still "Chases the chicken" for speed:yep:yep
maybe he thinks that it's too late for him to change things like that. but if he want's to stay in the ring for a while he would be forced to change his mind, I think. yeah, he looks like a real "soviet athlete")))
I agree with you. I think he has done it his way so long and is really at the end of his career, why change ****, if its not broken, dont fix it:good
Arreola is going to be KO'd mid rounds. Sorry if the truth hurts, he just doesnt have the physical attributes and skills.
in theory yeah, but he's a heavy handed pressure fighter, not the type of bomber that can take vit out with one punch
As you age it GETS more broken. Trust me on this one. :yep Seriously, it is a small risk to try something new when his brother is recommending it compared to the potential benefit. He would know during camp if the nutrition is working I would think.
That's interesting. Thanks for the info. :good But if Vitali is so old school, he sure was developed and defined for the Peter and Gomez fights. He must be taking in alot of old school food that is working great for getting him so lean and pumped.
Small differences can be very important at this level. In theory you can eat anything you want if you work it off. Some of the stuff has to undergo more conversion to be used so it may be long term beneficial, if you get stranded on the proverbial desert isle, but if you want fuel that works now, it is a different ball game.
