I feel like we have a match - he is officially the Beterbiev of the HW division. I just hope he won't get a shitty promoter and get developed well!

 

What did he do as an amateur? Can't find info.

He must have crossed paths with Yoka, Hrgovic, Joyce.. etc at some stage.

 

I was watching some highlights of him today actually and he has power in both hands on the front foot and back foot. His money punch is that uppercut, its vicious. He looks a real blue chip prospect to me.

My major concern with him is that he is 29 nearly 30, and his biological clock is ticking. He needs to get into the fringes of world level and then into world level in the next 12 months, because that will atleast give him 4-5 years before he hits his mid 30s.

As we have seen in history, a HW boxer is pretty much done by age 38+. Its over at that point. So he needs to make the most of his relatively short professional career and be promoted aggressively.
