arthur abraham is small even for a middleweight while joshua clottey's natural non-fighting weight balloons to 180-185lbs and the ghanian is a big man even for the 154lb division.....both are affiliated with the "turtle clan" along with omar narvaez, winky wright, ike quartey etc.....how would this pan out in a catchweight fight????:think

    positive and negative comments commence.....

How is Arthur Abraham small for a Middle weight? When he can't make weight.

Arthur will be to big for Clottey, who doesn't have the footwork or upper body movement to avoid being caught by the bigger stronger fighter for 12 rounds.

If both were the same size I think Clottey would win.

Yeah...a lot of fallacies here right off the bat.

Clottey was a large welterweight, not a large light middleweight at all. (unless he's standing opposite a little Filipino midget, then of course he's going to look huge) He's sort of a 'tweener.

Second, Abraham was quite an immense middleweight. Not as freakishly tall as they come, like a Pavlik, Williams or Lee, but within an inch of divisional average (taller than, for instance, Proksa, Soliman, Guerrero) and thickly muscled.
