I just got back from the hospital because I got KOed by my knee in an accidental fall, yesterday night, while I was trying to find a spot to pee all the beer I had been drinking. Well that ***** of a knee actually broke my damn jaw. But anyway.... (true story by the way) :-(

I can't believe Abraham actually fought through such pain, he's one bad ass mother*****r. It gives me shivers just thinking about getting punch in the face right now.

    :yikes

    RESPECT!

Definitely tough to fight through that. My cousin got his jaw broken w/ a Moet bottle & kept fighting. Actually put the ther guy in the hospital too.

That titanium jaw is kind of a performance enhancer isn't it? It's weird how we look at things. Having concrete in your jaw is alright, but steroids or handwraps is bad. Obviously there are degrees to which is worse but certainly all are advantages at the end of the day. Yeah, I know Abraham had his jaw broken but now it's chin has to be better because of the steel, no?

You're right, they should've just amputated the jaw so he wouldn't have an unfair advantage.

Actually, it's an interesting question. Is it more durable or is it prone to re-injury? Two guys on a forum would like to know...

    Is he like LockJaw now?

That would only be true, if his jaw was replaced with one out of titanium, wouldn´t it?
I don´t know what you think his jaw looks like now, but I suspect the titanium plates are rather small and hold the jaw together where it was broken.
If you hit him right on the chin with enough power he will be hurt, like any other person.
