I never really commited to a prediction for the fight, as I treated it as a 50/50 match-up that would have depended on the type of Abraham and Froch turning up.

I knew Froch had the ability to box and control Abraham, but due to my dislike for him, I just didn't want to admit it. I chose instead to wish for an aggressive and powerful Abraham to drag Froch into a war. The Brit, however, proved too smart for that. Fair play to him. He controlled the range with the jab, and the few times when Abraham did initiate his attacks, he would utilize his superior footword or spoil him on the inside. And like you said, he also made Abraham respect his power.

And right now, I'm watching Bika give Ward a good run for his money (round 5 I'm on).

You got a fetish for sodomizing, though. Twice in two sentences. Just a wee bit excessive.

-Get off Dirrell's dick already, the guy is an embarressment who's lost more fans than David Haye in recent months. Even Showtime has had enough of him. Nobody cherished Abraham for hitting him illegally, they just questioned Dirrell's claims and as it turns out rightfully so.

-I've made the analogy plenty of times before, Abraham is the middleweight David Tua. He waits.....and waits. Dangerous fighter but limited boxer. Froch's stock continues to rise.

Come on Mongoose. You may not like Dirrell but you haven't been around these quarters much. Plenty people weren't just questioning Dirrell's claims of injury but persisting with AA's claim that Dirrell is an actor who faked the punch he took when he was on his knees. Some went as far as being glad that the actor got what he deserved. I've seen tons of AA fans saying and believing this. And it's not hard to believe when AA and his promoter are still spouting the same nonsense. Being skeptical of Dirrell's claims of neurological damage is another story entirely.

Credit should actually go to Froch here for also making Abraham look poor. Not doubt the guy has limitations but Froch deserves a lot of credit for the way he fought.

I think Froch might deserve more credit than what he gets in general. Considering AA did almost nothing (I know, I know, Froch made things hard) and looked to have no urgency... is it wrong that I'm more disappointed with AA than impressed with Froch.
