Arthur Abraham v Jermain Taylor (Super Six)

How do Brit forumites see this fight going?

There are no Betfair prices up at the moment, but generally betting wise Taylor is a clear outsider at odds of around 12/5, Abraham a very clear favourite at around 4/9.

I'm thinking of perhaps having a little bet on Taylor (not entirely sure though) hoping that he has something left.

How do people see this fight going?

Taylor is certainly worth a bet for me, especially at those odds. Big size advantage over Abraham, plus he's a tricky, akward customer. The art to making money when gambling isnt simply to pick the winner, because thats impossible to do every time, but rather to identify when the bookie has over-priced, and then get your money on the table.

Abraham KO. I've never particulary rated Taylor TBH.

Funny feeling Taylor will win this on points. Abraham starts slow, if Taylor gets a good few early rounds under his belt and then boxes cleaver, staying away and not mixing it then he has a great chance.

I would like to bet Taylor on points but again it's all on the stamina on the later rounds. Abraham is a bit of an animal and has a good engine to go the full 12, I wouldn't want JT to trade with him either.

    Tough one to call

Taylor could take this fighting smart and at a distance - Abraham isn't really a pressure fighter, he waits for the opponent to come to him

I think Abraham might actually benefit from the move up though

    I'm leaving this alone.

Has Taylor addressed his stamina issues.....

Does Abraham's style mean bad news for Taylor in that respect anyway.....

Will the move to 168 benefit or hinder Abraham....

Too many variables really, if I had to pick I'd go for Abraham by stoppage, but Taylor edging a points decision wouldn't really surprise me.

Taylor has lost to the only good fighters he has faced so Arthur should beat him.

I voted Taylor on points.... but I've changed my mind, Abraham by KO.

Taylor is not coming off a hot streak but he is a live underdog which may be worth a calculated bet. Taylor on points would be interesting.
