Why? He fought him before and it wasn't close to look like the Bute fight...

I agree I don't think Froch is a different fighter.

And I disagree, I don't think Bute is just not that good...

    Come on guys.....Thats boxing!

Dirrell handled Froch? :patsch Dirrell couldn't handle staying upright for three minutes in a row... Dirrell would probably outpoint Abraham, before his glass head gets tapped in the last round, sending him to the canvas in pieces, ready for Dr Shaw-hi again...

Not in the last 3 rounds cause when dirrell didnt ran, he stunned froch badly in the 10th round and clearly outbox froch in the 11th and 12th.

But in the nine preceding rounds he flopped to the canvas, hugged for dear life, and generally turned tail and fled in order to avoid Froch at any cost. Turned out, that cost was the WBC SMW belt. If Dirrell had engaged Froch, he'd probably have been in the lead going into the last quarter. Then he'd have been stopped once his stamina ebbed and he slowed down.

Dirrell gave Froch too much respect and that's what cost him the fight. However, I'm convinced that Dirrell is trying to hide the fact he has a glass chin. He's been downed before the S6, he ran from Froch, and once Abraham caught up with him in the 10th, he went down clean, and got back up glassy-eyed and bambi-legged.

dirrell went to nottingham and tamed the lion, yeah he ran abit but thats his style, Froch is slow

he didnt need heart or a chin, he hurt froch more then froch hurt him. hopefully, if they fight, sky will have stupid odds, dirrell would get revenge

    :huh

review the tape at 1:10:25 -- don't see bambi legs, don't see glassy eyes. And Dirrell looks pretty nimble the rest of the round. Watch him on the ropes at :52 of the 10th, bending at the knees and avoiding haymakers in a distinctly UnStieglitizian manner. Legs were solid, vision was clear.

Didn't he call out Adonis Stevenson as well, and sign to fight him? Then found a reason to not fight him. Maybe he found out he could hit hard. That is a good fight too.

The only time in that awful fight he did not run was the 12th, and he did win that round. He was scared to get hit though.
