Arthur Abraham vs Gevor round per round..

I strongly disagree - dont think AA knew what to do - couldnt get to Gevor in many rounds.

But he punches in flurries with a hell of a lot power. Damn impressive.

 

yeah its too bad that strums people aren't going to let this fight happen.

 

Sauerland just said that HBO apparently is interested in Abraham for the first quarter of 2008 for a unification.

Great, I'd love to see this kid come to the states and be shown on HBO. Should Pavlik win against Taylor, he'll stay at 160, which means Abraham-Pavlik could be on next year. What a fight that would be.

 

Gevor was too careless at times, he was trading with Abraham at times and that was his downfall. Abraham has some stamina issues, he bulked up for this fight which was noticable, clearly he had a lot of power in his punches but workrate and stamina were poor.

 

Even before this fight, I've always felt that Abraham would beat the **** out of Sturm.

 

Pavlik would beat Abraham, but beat Sturm...just my 2 cents

 

Even though, that's enough for almost anybody, certainly enough for Sturm. Gevor had just an unbelieveable chin today.
