Arthur Abraham vs Jermain Taylor

very tough call - I'd go with Taylor via decision if he fights as intelligent as in his second meeting with Kelly Pavlik...

 

Yeah I'll go with Taylor also. Stylistically, he has the speed and ability to outbox Arthur and a good enough workrate to outwork him.

 

This is one of the keys in this fight but also Taylor's movement and athletic ability let me favor him over AA.

Watch the Taylor-Wright fight. A little less activity, a lot more power, Abraham via TKO.

 

I'm picking Abraham, I've never been all that impressed with Taylor, he's pretty good but nothing reall stands out and citing his movement I don't understand at all, he backs away in straight lines.

Taylor by UD. This fight will have it's moments, but I think Taylor will outbox Arthur over the course of the fight. Somewhere in the ballpark of 116-112 or 115-113.

 

Pick 'em fight, but I think Arthur is just special. He has that spirit and confidence in himself that makes great boxers and persons. Taylor doesn't have that spirit and personality that is needed for greatness.

 

Agreed. Taylor is too good of a boxer to loose to somebody like Abraham...
While Pavlik had the height and reach advantage, Abraham will not have any of those.

I can see Abraham knocking out Pavlik, but styles make fights and Taylor would UD Abraham.

 

Exactly my views on this...Taylor showed in his 2nd fight with Pavlik that he still has it in him...
