Arthur Abraham's improved sparring partners for Pavlik & comments from training camp

Abraham is only 2 fights away from a probable superfight against MW world champion Kelly Pavlik, but he's already making his preparations in a training camp outside of Germany. Because Pavlik is a very strong and physical fighter, Abraham is using a very awkward bunch of sparring partners to make ABSOULUTELY SURE that he will take Pavlik's punches very well.

Here's a statement from the hard training camp:

Last week the unbeaten 27-year-old (25-0, 20 KOs) flew out to El Gouna, Egypt, for a special boxing/fitness work-out with the beauty queens. "During the practice session, I was very strict," said Abraham. "That´s how I learned it from my coach Ulli Wegner. If the ladies didn´t obey my orders, they had to do push-ups. But most of them did really well. To my surprise they were all physically very fit. It was a lot of fun."

On a serious note though I hope Pavlik stays at 160 because there are so many options there for him. An Abraham fight would be fantastic.

. . . DAMN, I'd like to be in that position. I like him over Pavlik now I'd rather hang out with those chicks than to sit around on my father's couch.

Well, if he can focus on training even with these sparring partners he definitely gonna have the menthal strength in the Pavlik fight.:yep
