According to taday's Edinburgh Evening News Alex Arthur plans to defend his title twice before moving up to lightweight.

"My plans are to have two super featherweight defences this year then move up to Ken Buchanan's division of lightweight"

Lightweight could be very tough for Arthur , the talent isn't quite the same but it'll be harder against guys who are closer in size to him .

As I keep saying I hope Warren can get him Fana , and now that is even more urgent . If Arthur could get the WBO and IBF titles(he's half way there ;)) before he moves up he could have a better reputation for himself and would also be ranked higher by the sanctioning bodies when he does move up .

I'm all for the Fana idea. If Arthur becomes full champ, the Fana fight has to be made immediately. Even if he loses to MAB, PAC, Guzman, Marquez, Valero etc a unified champ has credibility.
