    I agree I am afraid.

He was completely outboxed for the first 3 rounds and lost all of them.

He beat Gogo through superior power and conditioning. Gogo is a 34 year old journeyman.

If anyone thinks he is good enough to beat the best they are deluded, he is not skilled enough and accurate enough with his work.

Having said that he won the fight.

AAA won this but if Gogo had not run out of steam at the mid point, Alex would have been completely outboxed. Arthur looked slow and ponderous early but did well to weather it and win.

Arthur "I'm sick of the word 'interim' - I AM the world champion!" - erm.. No Alex.

I liked his comment in the interview "My son will never be a boxer, if he says he wants to be, I'll make sure Frank Warren manages him!"

seems a decent enough geezer, but guzman would tear him a new one.

where we watching the same fight? Arthur blocked most of Gogoladze's punches with his paws. Pretty good defence.

Arthur is world class, but not an elite fighter. He lacks the speed at the top, but definently has the power to trouble most of the champs.

If Gogo had kept his form and his work rate of the first 3 rounds throughout the fight he would have won a wide decision. Arthur is just inbetween world class and european class level.

Couldn't seem to stay away from Gogoladze's head though could he?
I am happy for AA but I too think that he will find it much harder at real world level.

its not a nationality thing, he simply is not world class.
yes he is a decent fighter, but super feather is a seriously tough division. he lacks just a little of everything to be world class.

    A little harsh I feel.

My son has sparred with alex Arthur and he is extremely powerful.

The guy he just smashed is called the cobra due to his lightning speed. He was always going to get hit

He was dirty as a mad whores f*nny.

    (Go on Gavin ,Rees)

Considering the guys speed, ring wisdom, arthurs cut and the fact Arthur has not boxed since november he dis a good job

Well done to you First Ex Leith Victoria World champion (once Guzman gives up title) since Jonny Hill.

    Gomez at the Castle anyone?
