Should be Arthur in this one; he has too many advantages over cook.

The extra few lbs IMO could help Cook a great deal. He was always too big for feather, I told everyone here that he was an accident waiting to happen as he was dead at featherweight. & I was proved right when the Londoner got spanked by Luaveno. I could be nasty like many others on here when talking about boxers they dont like & say Cook was exposed.

Im a bigger man than that though, & I believe weight struggles caused the Luaveno spanking. Should be fun on here if this fight comes off, after all most englanders thought Cookie would beat Scotty at featherweight:lol:

Arthurs good, but hes no Scott Harrison. So at super-feather, this is an interesting fight. Very interesting in fact... especially as Arthur should have moved up to lightweight a long time ago. His lethargic performance against Foster jnr should have been the wake up call for Arthur to move up.
All makes for a great fight, & a great time on ESB between us jocks & my fellow englanders;)

Of course, it remains to be seen if Reilly is the real deal info wise, or just another rumourmongering shitstirrer!!!

    The jury is out....

Cookie told me his been struggling to make weight for some time. His been at that weight since he was 15/16. His a year younger than me. Even when i spoke to him he was talking about moving to 35 and that was at least 3 years ago.

I would pick Cook here, he is a good fighter, and Arthur is struggling badly at the weight.

Arthur like Harrison will be too stubborn to move up because they'll want to hold on to the WBO belt.

I met Vinny Mitchell on holiday last year, he shares a gym with Nicky Cook.

I was tlaking to him about the fight and he said Cook had been stuggling at the weight for over a year and that he was seriosuly drained at F/W.

What if Cook pulls this off and actually beats Arthur, will Warren put on Cook versus Mitchell, not just stablemates but great friends, would they want to face each other? or would Mitchell go the WBO route.:hey
