Being a Scotsman I'm 100% behind Arthur, however, I won't let my heart rule my head. Guzman will win this easy, either on points or late TKO.
In fact thinking about, i reckon if Arthur beats Guzman, it will be an upset on Mbaye-Rees proportions...
i was told off someone who is in the AA camp that alex was unwell in the run up to the foster fight (was told on the night of the fight before it took place) so it was not him making excusses for a bad peformance.
Sorry my good man, I was just goofin around as the americans would say. Arthur wasnt his usual self, I blame the weight to be honest. However, he still beat Foster jnr easily apart from the flash knockdown when Arthur lost his concentration, im still confident he would stop Guzman if they fought. However, apart from some internet rumours, I havent heard anything about this fight being made. Jan21st is the big day when Guzman has to make his mind up if hes going to fight amazin Alex or vacate.
No not really because Mbaye is not the world class operator that guzman his. Saw him against soto and he was absoloutly world class.
but the jump is less. Rees was a six round undercard fighter, AA is a main eveter over here, he has flirted with world level with his interim belt aswel. Mbaye isnt on the same level as Guzman, but Rees wasnt at the same level as Arthur.
