the lightweight, jr welter, and welterweight divisions are much more competitive than the heavies right now.

I agree, anyone would probably need a tune up to fight the best pound for pound fighters...and that's what we're talking about here.

Greenburg said he wants to make it happen but chances are slim.HBO is willing to put up 3 mill for Adamek vs HOPS but Floyd wont show up unless he get double that himself.Another factor is location.They want it on the East Coast but Floyd wants Vegas.

HBO has been stepping up there game and it seems they are trying to have a huge card for the summer.

 

what would be wrong with a JMM fight? Many have him over Pac in their PFP rankings (which is wrong IMO). Still i think it would be a good fight but i'd rather see him fight Pac or Shane.

 

I agree 100%. Marquez is not going to lay down. When has Marquez really lost a fight let alone been distroyed. Marquez has too much pride. It will be a good fight.

 

The ESPN article stated they hadn't committed the July date to Hopkins because of Mayweather. I really don't see how they could get both on one card. I would be happy if it happened though.
