high-risk low-reward fight for pac. truly deserving of being the fighter of the decade and the top P4P boxer.

 

I would give props for this fight under normal circumstances,but with what the world knows about Arum,Top Rank and how they are setting up Pac/Marquez 4,this fight is really a waste of time.

 

High risk due to the fact that Pac is severely overrated.

If Mayweather was fighting Bradley, it would be seen as a mismatch and deservedly so.

by arums admission, pac refused to give jmm a well deserved fourth fight

he then went to cotto who refused to go under 150, with cotto citing that pac had no issue with fighting cheato at 150

pacs only options left were peterson and bradley, and bradley has already defeated peterson

he didnt choose bradley, bradley was the only option that he had left

 

If you're suggesting that he wouldn't get credit (or be criticized) for picking him, then you're wrong. Mayweather vs Bradley would be a good fight, in my opinion. Based on what's out there on current form/state around 135-147, Pac and May sit right at the top, followed by Bradley, and then the rest. Bradley, for me, would be the favourite and beats anyone out there that's not named Pac and May. Khan, Peterson, Ortiz, Berto, Guerrero, Matthysse, he'd beat them all. I'd honestly fancy his chances against JMM, too. After Martinez and Pac, he'd be the next trickiest opponent. That's not bad at all.

Each side ebbs and flows on this site. After Pacquiao-Cotto and Mayweather-Mosley, it was pretty even. When Floyd went on another vacation, didn't make Arum's press conference call, didn't respond to Pacquiao's public statements that testing was ok no matter the date, while Manny beat up Clottey and Margarito, the *******s were out in full force. All you saw was about how Floyd is scared, how he's runnin, how he lacks things as a boxer, etc., and all the *****s went into hiding. They were nowhere to be found, except for a select few, who either still were quieter than usual or weren't *****s and just Floyd fans.

Now, after Arum made 1,000 excuses for Pacquiao for negotiations following what most see as a loss against Marquez, the *****s are out in full force, while many of the damage-control *******s have evaporated. Pacquiao is a hype job, Floyd deserves to control finances, none of Arum's fighters are any good, pressure fighters have no defense, Floyd is greater than the Fab 4, etc.

I feel it's ruining the sport, because as weak as we may seem as fans, I can tell them mentality of losing and the obsession with looking good over being good has taken root among many other fighters because of just that.

I do like this fight for Manny. Especially since I'm one of the fans who thought TR would never allow Manny to take a fight like this, with that said if Bradley comes to fight and isn't on som Clottey,Mosley bull****, and Arum doesn't pay the judges, I see bradley pullin it off.
