    It's more he was fighting D or C level opposition at best outside of Kovalev and so a lot of manufactured hype a lot of the realists on this board call out in a round about why through hate

    Told you it would be very competitive and that Yarde would give him plenty of problems with his speed, youth and power. Beterbiev, like I've been saying for years, has definitely lost a step or two. I don't want to hear anymore crap about his chin because he's fought loads of punchers and he took lots of huge shots tonight too. Credit to Yarde he was excellent tonight and he showed a stout beard too.

    Smart stoppage, that was about to get ugly. However Yarde did very well, much better than I expected.

    Those cards were hometown, AB was landing cleaner and more frequently.

    I thought Beterbiev was ahead too but I did not expect Yarde to be competitive in almost every round like he was.

    I just see this as being a bad sign for AB in the Bivol fight. This cutting problem he has is out of control.

    One thing is clear with Yarde and that is his cardio isn't that great, he doesnt to be able to find that second wind but courageous effort nonetheless

    Beterbiev looks bashed up. Hopefully he gets it on with Bivol next. Not interested in seeing Bivol versus anyone else
