Is Karol Itauma going to be OK? That KO did not look good at all. And if you noticed when he was standing next to the ref when the cards were being read his breathing was short and rapid. I hope the guy is OK because it looked like he could have some serious problems. Has anyone heard anything?

He got ragdolled to the ropes and pushed him through them.

Beterbiev only hit him when his head was free. Precision timing. ATG stuff. Like Floyd vs Ortiz.

The KO at the end was perfect too. Johnson got KOd while Beterbiev was defenceless and going backwards.

He hooks around the back of the head a lot and 'hooks it back', to catch the ear.. Disguises it well. Forearm oft times smashes into the back of the ear. Kind of feels semi-illegal.

Here's a clear shot to the back of the skull. Though he did swing wildly without looking, still you shouldn't be able to get away with it.

He's banking on getting away with it cause of the supposition 'you cant possibly rabbit punch whilst in front of your opponent'...and they damn well know they're getting away with it.

Basically because he's hooking it round to hit the back of the ear, he's almost fighting a defenceless opponent who's protecting his chin sides. Timestamped

Yeah i remember him catching Johnson clean twice & then he fell down, would have to watch again to re confirm.

 

Bull****. It was no intentional punch to the back of the head. Beterbiev stopped him with 2 clean shots, both to the side of the head.
