History shows us that they will reject those kinds of fighters & instead overhype the other kind most likely due to the said Fighter not being from similar region & of course bomb start their made up PED accusations in hopes to never having their cradled so called "Best" ever having to fight him until of course he is so run down & worn out & then claim it as one of the best prime victories of the Century.

And we cannot forget the new born Revisionist experts coming out with quotes as "He Would have always Beaten Him"

Artur Insinuating that Bivol didn't sign any contract for thei fight & that he always says he will fight him but never does haha.

In this post-fight interview Eddie Hearn says for Bivol it's signed and a done deal (even if the interviewer somewhat distorts Arum's previous cautious statements regarding scheduling Beterbiev to accommodate Ramadan).

(Also Hearn throws cold water on Mbilli getting a shot anytime soon vs. Canelo but that he'd love to see him against Berlanga.)

You could hear and see the weight of Smith's shots and he clipped Beterbiev with some big ones but as I've been saying for a long time Beterbiev has fought lots of big punchers and contrary to what many will have you believe he has a really good chin.

    And Smith

Like I said, his style is just to bludgeon you into defeat by hitting you hard and often but when he picks his shots and tries to time you with one massive one the fight is essentially over when he lands clean with one

It doesn't bother me now, either. I didn't love Holyfield any less when he did it and I was left wildly entertained last night. Great show!

That ring was freaking tiny though. Looked only a tad bigger than Belly's shoe box

I don't why Holyfield gets the worst of it & he is one of my favorites as well & we can't say for sure he was even that Evan Fields guy as suggested by most, there's been many reports of other fighters, wrestlers, NBA, Baseball players who got stuff sent to them with similar initials from different providers yet it still seems unlikely to me that they would be that bold & careless to even plaster their own names in short like that, even Lebron had a report come out less than two months ago with a similar story about his then trainer having delivered packages for him for years while he was training under him & Lebron seems to be a very meticulous guy to ever leave obvious tracks like that around.

Many Heavyweights of those days seemed to be on those popular mid 90s-2000s steroids the ones that were very popular that even the majority of the pro wrestlers were known to take you could see that just by most of them having that massed up bodybuilder look that was prevalent then & you can tell nowadays everyone has long forgone those PEDs a lot of the reasons as avoiding the known harmful effects of them causing Heart enlargements, stroke, etc & since that time athletes have hopped onto much better stuff while being safer in dosages & long term use with even neglecting their aesthetic appearance & choosing to go with more recovery, stamina, strength instead.

As long as no one gets seriously hurt, it is what it is. I will say, though, that enhancements in the hands of someone as brutally destructive as Beterbiev can be dangerous. There is a difference to be considered between dirbbling a basketball and rendering someone unconscious.

I picked Smith to win, but Beterbiev surpassed my expectations somewhat; he was very responsible defensively, barely allowed himself to get hit between punches and systematically broke Smith down. For a long time I've backed Bivol to beat Beterbiev but I'm not too sure now.

I spent the whole fight rooting for Smith. The victory was not possible.....

Nevertheless Smith did better than what I expected. I wish he had won.
