They will still do those on the American cards I think, but I think they learned their lesson on uk cards, they don’t have them on the Saudi cards because dancing is strictly prohibited

Maybe you're correct. Is it possible that Bivol thought that Beterbiev wouldn't be able to at this point of his career sustain that pace? Yea maybe he was banking on that. But it's risky gamble, because what if he doesn't gas out? Then Bivol is in trouble, but the gamble paid off tonight.

What nobody has mentioned on here (I think) or on TV is that Beterbiev has failed in 24 Rounds to drop Bivol.

    After dropping everyone else.

Benevidez is the only one who could muster up some sort of a challenge to both fighters... but he'll still lose.

Bivol has now beaten Ramirez (CW World Champ), Canelo, Beterbiev.

    Resumé!!

Anyone else fear for that guy ‘Ali’ who Turki was shouting at during the interview?

Not upset I just think having only 3 rounds for Bivol after 6 is ludicrous quite honestly.

And it's not like I'm biased towards Bivol I picked Beterbiev prior to the fight so if anything I should be having an excuse to make the fight seem closer than what it was.

But I think it was quite a comprehensive win for Bivol he didn't dominate of course I'm not trying to say that. But he clearly controlled the fight for longer periods than Beterbiev did and landed the cleaner more eye catching punches.

I thought Beterbiev was taking over between 4-6 but Bivol shut him down after that which was surprising.

I can see 4 or 5 rounds for Beterbiev I don't see 6 rounds though.

I'm gonna have to change up my P4P list a fair bit because of this card. While I thought Madrimov won, he didn't impress me as much as I expected. I do like Vergil Ortiz but I struggle to see him as a P4P talent. Beterbiev looked old and has clearly lost a step. His offence was lacking the layers, urgency, and variety it had from his younger days. Bivol struggled to decisively beat a 40-year-old again and is still too basic for my taste. Shakur looks a bit less driven and sharp compared to his 130 run. He still dominated and I think he let Padley stay around for a few rounds to get rounds in but he didn't look as masterful as usual. I'm very much looking forward to seeing Hamzah Sheeraz's ridiculously high ranking on the BoxRec P4P list dropping though.

In terms of skill, Usyk, Crawford and Innoue are clearly the top p4p guys.

The card has been better that given credit for we got pretty much got 4 fights that were fairly end to end or end to end yet there is so much negativity on the card lol.

Because Bivol's control of range, took away his most devastating asset... the rabbit punch.:deal:
