Not exactly hot on Madrimov's opening strategy.

 

I think it's several factors. The talent pool at HW is so shallow compared to other eras, probably because boxing isn't as popular as it historically has been. Also, fighters are bigger today, so they rely more on brute strength than actual skills.

 

Respect to him but I’m not a fan of Madrimov’s elusive octopus style.
