Are we just gonna ignore the fact that most of Beterbiev's punches were behind the head?

    Not true.

Stop looking for excuses. They were on top of the head because he was going backwards and aiming for an opponent who had his dipped below centre line.

I agree they're not exactly clean shots but if his opponents dip their heads and he has a mauling style this is pretty inevitable

I dont see an issue here.

Not as blatant as David Haye for example

The guy has 300+ amateur bouts with 286 wins, who is the ignorant on here? Definitely not me.
Also do you understand that Bivol fought in a completely different division to Beterbiev and so on ?
There is a more then plenty of good amateur fighters in Bivol resume.
Also Bivol turned pro month before his 24 birthday.
What he won and who he beat, anyone with basic searching skill can look at the net and make his mind.
He also have WSB matches, anyone can see in the tube.
You are so much bias, it's unreal. Other day you were talking nonsenses for Usyk, now for Bivol ....

As far as Beterbiev goes i like the guy. World class boxer. Very smart guy with high ring IQ, he is the hardest puncher p4p in boxing, also very durable and with great stamina, even at his advance age. Absolutely monster.
I like both guys tho and got no favorite and i just hope they fight.
But there should not be reason to look to underneath one of the boxers ...

I find it interesting you are trying to get into the mind of a ring girl and her feelings toward another man. In a fight that happened in 2019 no less.

Dare I say those are your fantasies about Beterbiev?

When Beterbiev stares at another man, the man automatically gets his semen volume increased, and it cures his erectile dysfunction.

I'm not trying to get into the mind of anyone.

I have eyes and can see.

So can you. You can leave your LGBQT fantasies for other forums.

Didn't work out so well for Joe Smith unless he blew his load before the fight had no energy left....

....might explain a lot about his performance

    Rate Beterbiev's manliness from 1-10.

As I said, shut up about the number. His biggest achievement as an amateur was probably a win at WSB lol. He beat absolutely nobody, he was a nothing amateur. Don’t tell me a number, tell me who he beat or what he achieved? I can pick up 300 wins against a 50kg girl, that doesn’t tell us anything about my amateur career.

Boots Ennis is more blatant with the behind the head shots/ear shots than Beterbiev yet no-body complains about that since he's a beloved young American prospect.

But i say, but he said, but they said, blq, blq, blq, all kind of nonenses coming out of jelous. :D
300 amateur matches are 300 amateur matches. This ain't your typical rat gym sparring session or like you said it a match with 50kg girl.

It's done by the amateur rules.
Now i'm not going to waste my time and check every single name if this guys that Bivol has fought are top level or not, but the point stand.
The guy has 300 matches, he is from Russia, and even if most of the guy he faced was just national level boxer, they were still rock solid, cause we known how strong Russian boxing is, and especially amateur one.
But if you actually use your brain, and do a basic search that any normal individual can do, you will see that they weren't just some national level guys, but he fought people from all over the world and all over the world.

As far as his accomplishment, you realise he turn amateur in 2005 ?
You know that he was 14 years old you ignorant fanboy ? Bivol started boxing when he was 6, and he was incredible talented, and anyone can see his WSB matches, and how good he was there.
Beterbiev left amateurs when he was 27-28, Bivol has done that at 23-24 years.

This is from AS before Clenbuterolos fight:
He has a whopping 302 fights under his belt, and he has won most of them. As an amateur, he went 268-15 winning two junior world championships and a bronze medal in the 2008 AIBA Youth World Championships. He won the Russian national amateur boxing championships in 2012 and 2014.

Every single serious source verify his amateur numbers, there is also a datebase with partial records. I doubt that there is one with full record on anyone, cause so far i haven't found yet.

If you question his record, anyone can do the same for every other boxer out there.

As far as the names goes, he definitely fought quality opposition. But again i doubt that anyone watched amateur and can say this or that guy was great and so.
    Especially 75-81kg. division.

At 81kg. tho. Bivol fought opponents that Beterbiev also fought, so i guess if Bivol opposition was low, then Beterbiev was low too.
BTW Bivol has fought Callum Smith and beat him btw.

Again i won't do the work for you, use your finger, use your brain, search and find.

And no one has claim that Bivol was better amateur than Beterbiev. But you are claiming that he was ***** amateur, which is just the next b.c. from you, just with your claim that Usyk looked slow against smaller man(yet he was 150x faster than Beterbiev in the amateur), and that Beterbiev was robbed twice. :D
