Browne is chinny. And he has nothing that is star quality. Beterbiev can get caught with overhand shots, but Browne isn't the man to take advantage of that.

I think Browne has a good start but gets caught and drowns under the pressure. Beterbiev by KO.

Beterbiev via legal homicide by way of manbear fists.

Browne shouldn't even be here after that disgraceful performance and shameful daylight robbery gift he got against Hot Rod.

Marcus is going to Browne his briefs whenever Beterbiev lands. :deal:

Steven Michael Rolls vs. Christopher Harold Brooker ...how sad is the fact that in cobbling together a USA vs. Canada theme for this card, THIS is the next best matchup they could find to pair with the main event? :shakehead:

A guy with losses in a third of his bouts versus someone an old GGG wrecked, and coming off a two year layoff (almost...23 months since his comeback fight, which itself was half a year after Golovkin snatched his zero via KO).

Even for a Friday night, this is dire. In the old ESPN2 FNF days it would maybe rate an opening contest slot.

I genuinely think we'll see either an upset or Beterbiev go the distance for the first time tonight

Browne may not have powerful counters which is a tool i think is needed to beat Beterbiev but he is pretty damn quick

But i hope Beterbiev wins. I want to see him fight Canelo. Im thinking he's just too big and too strong for Alverez

    Who?

Have you seen Beterbiev last fight against a lesser southpaw? He looked like crap.

Browne is longer, punches more accurately, and has more pop. His chin maybe not better, but he is not here to get blown out in one round

He is, and he did legitimately and comfortably outpoint Badou Jack, which ain't nothing to sneeze at...but he also got a gift over Radivoje Kalajdžić and was outfought by an old Pascal. So he is pretty inconsistent and even at his best really not that amazing.
