WBC/IBF unification fight coming up next in week in Philly. Definitely one of the best fights this year and this should be an awesome fight! :chuck:

I'm in the minority favoring Beterbiev, but I think he'll KO Gvozdyk.

Gvozdyk in 8-10 after a few scary moments.

I’m a massive fan of both fighters, it’s the biggest puncher in the division against the best puncher in the division, I think Gvozdyk will have settled come the third round.

His superior footwork and jab will allow him to get off first.....think he’ll force a stoppage mid/late rounds.

I think so too, but Gvozdyk definitely has had better opposition recently and is far less rusty.

This fight will make or break Gvozdyk. He either gets KO'd and massively underachieves or he beats Beterbiev and this baptism through fire launches him into the stratosphere hes capable of operating in, from a talent and skill standpoint. Too close for me to call. If Beterbiev loses I dont see a loss negatively impacting his career, I can see him just steamroll right through it, business as usual.

Gvodzyk will get a later stoppage in great fight IMO. I think he will end up controlling Beterbiev with his jab and footwork after a possibly very shaky start.

    Cant wait!

Not quite Beterbiev Kovalev but it'll do nicely

Beterbiev flattens him and solidifies his position as the best 175er on the planet and the p4p hardest hitter in the sport

Cant see Gvozdyk making it to the end of the fight without touching the canvas.

Beterbiev is an awesome finisher par excellence.

This is really a toss-up fight. I voted Gvozdyk by decision, but I think Beterbiev by stoppage is almost of the same probability to happen.
