    The older generation who fought against the Russians probably don't but the newer generation under Ramzan Kadyrov probably would. Look at Chechnya and you'll see how developed it is now compared to what it used to be like in the 1990s.

    As long as people are fed, have employment, aren't bored and have access to the internet and Wifi, they're easy to control.
