October 12th it goes down. Less than 2 months from now Beterbiev will give Dmitry Bivol the beatdown of a lifetime. Karma will be served. Beating your wife is about as low as it gets. Especially coming from a professional LHW boxer. Where is the honor in that? Been following Beterbiev for many years now. Have enjoyed every fight. I believe he has 1 more performance left in him. Getting old now, but still has enough left in the tank to muster 1 more beatdown. I'm hoping this one is particularly savage.
Beating your wife is bad, but so is rabbit punching all of your opponents. It’s like it’s Beterbiev’s goal to get one of his opponents in a vegetative state.
Only if Beterbiev achieves to get Bivol in the corner. He was outboxed by Yarde, he could get him only when he could corner him.
They signed a contract to get legally assaulted by Beterbiev. It's their choice. The wife had no choice.
And Bivol can't score a KO over anybody who isn't a bum, so Biev's chin is pretty irrelevant. The quality of Bivol's chin is far more important in this fight, and him getting stunned by Joe Smith isn't a great sign against Biev.
Precisely, weird how fans conveniently ignore the fact that rabbit punching is illegal and if done excessively and intentionally, it can get you disqualified in a match. At this point, it's well beyond obvious, it's both excessive and intentional from Beterbiev, hell... it's part of his strategy. No one can convince me, that a well schooled fighter with his palmares just manages to stumble onto scoring rabbit punch KO's in almost every title match he's taken part in over the last decade. It also seems, with genuine tragedies like Prichard Colon against that piece of **** Terrel Williams who wasn't a massive puncher, the gravity of being nailed repeatedly in the back of the a murderous puncher like Beterbiev, wouldn't be lost on them. Meanwhile, you know goddamn good and well, they'd hypocritically and without a hint of self awareness be the first ones in line, in absolute apoplectic hysterics if somehow and ironically, Bivol managed to KO Beterbiev with a rabbit punch. Hell, they'd want the outcome reversed, or changed to a NC.
Artur is a beast. A freak of nature. No predictions but I'm looking forward to him becoming undisputed.
