A bit off topic, but yeah. I'm 34 still, and after i hit 30s., the first thing that hit me the hardest was the slower recovery. I'm very active, and it's a f**** pain, and i follow a strict regime. I also started to use nutritionist as of late.
And currently i'm prolly in my lowest bf %(bodyfat), but when i was juicing i was looking a lot more ripped and muscle defined and hard, even though i was on a lot higher bf %. You will never look even as close to when juiced. Let's be real it's a different game when you are on the juice, even on low dosage. You can't compare at all. Huge recovery benefits, huge strength gain, endurance, confidence, pretty much anything.

But Juicing is a long pass for me. To be fair i regret taking Peds and would never do it again. It's an illusion and in order to be in that shape, you have to constantly be on cycle.
I have done like 4-5 cycle in total with lower dosage, but some of the stuffs i was taking was just not good for me. Like stanozolol for example.
After a bulking cycle, when trying to get super lean with stanozolol my sweat glands were getting clogged. And i had to stop my whole prep.
Got a few other side effects, that wasn't pretty, but nothing with lasting effects, and it was a wakeup call. And i finally decide that i will be clean for life, and never even thinking of taking anything.
I'm athlete and Martial artist and will train for the rest of my life, but will never be on the Juice again, that's for sure. :D And advice to anyone, it's not worth it.

Yeah i was wondering the same. If this was Hearn or Warren fighter, we would have never know about this case.
Athletes samples are seen as personal info, and the doping agency can't openly report their results, etc, etc.
That's why 99% of the time they are not reporting the actual results and the numbers.
Also athletes are fast to start lawsuing, to prevent any info leak.

I'm Beterbiev lover, but i just don't buy that at the 39 years old, you will somehow have "elevated" levels especially for this, as bro test and HGH is one of the key stuffs for athlete to take. Body naturally can produce a lot of stuffs, but your test is going to be hit when you hit 32-33, and especially at your late 30s. I don't know much about the HGH, as it's dangerous, but the benefits for athletes(and not just) are huge.

Yeah this is the most obvious case of mismanaged cycle, and his level come high. And somehow magically his next few test, somehow was in the norm.

Steroid cheat claims libel. That'll scram the "rats." Or maybe it'll only placate the daydreamers.

Everyone says they didn't do it. This result would not have come out if it were not based in reality.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was roided out of his mind. Any big outlier who fights like a wrecking ball should be suspect.

The only real reason to juice is $$$$$$$$.

After you got the "F*** you for the rest of my life" money, you can retire and recover from the drugs.

Atypical can mean lots of things.

It is not adverse though unlike Benn: whose results were through the roof

You can have naturally "atypical" HGH and testosterone purely through your genetic profile. Look at the size of Beterbiev's head, hands and feet for example yet he is barely over 5ft10.
To naturally increase human growth hormone (HGH) and testosterone levels, consider the following lifestyle adjustments:

    **For HGH:**

    1. **High-Intensity Exercise:** Engage in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training. These activities can stimulate HGH release.

    2. **Adequate Sleep:** Ensure you get quality sleep as a significant amount of HGH is released during deep sleep.

    3. **Intermittent Fasting:** Some studies suggest that intermittent fasting can boost HGH production.

    4. **L-Arginine Supplementation:** This amino acid may help stimulate HGH release, but consult a healthcare professional before taking supplements.

    5. **Reducing Sugar Intake:** High sugar levels can suppress HGH production, so reducing sugar consumption may be beneficial.

    **For Testosterone:**

    1. **Strength Training:** Regular resistance training, especially compound exercises like squats and deadlifts, can increase testosterone levels.

    2. **Adequate Sleep:** Quality sleep is crucial for maintaining healthy testosterone levels.

    3. **Healthy Fats:** Include sources of healthy fats in your diet, such as avocados, nuts, and olive oil, as they support testosterone production.

    4. **Vitamin D:** Ensure sufficient vitamin D levels through sunlight exposure or supplements, as it plays a role in testosterone production.

    5. **Zinc-Rich Foods:** Zinc is essential for testosterone synthesis, and foods like oysters, beef, and pumpkin seeds are good sources.

    6. **Stress Management:** Chronic stress can lead to increased cortisol levels, which can suppress testosterone production. Practice stress-reducing activities like meditation or yoga.

Remember that individual responses may vary, and it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant lifestyle changes or taking supplements.
