    A rhetorical question and points well made. We all know the answer. Clen gonna run, Clen gonna hide. I get tired of the hype this guy gets. But he's so busy looking at himself on the big screen he doesn't even notice. Ever noticed that? Every time there is a TV monitor or big screen with his image on it he is glued to it. The guy cracks me up he is so self-absorbed.

    :lol: Yes I have noticed that. Imagine being that vain and self-absorbed when you look like a giant toad with a ginger Barnet and have the personality of a mannequin. Weird how much stick Dubois and Joyce for being ''boring'' but he gets a free pass for doing his best impression of a reanimated ginger corpse in literally every interview he's given. He's so devoid of charisma and personality he makes Joyce and Dubois look like Tyson Fury and Usyk.

    Never underestimate fear as a motivator. It is incredibly powerful. Although I do agree it'll be short and painful in all likelihood, I never discount a man driven by fear in the ring. Many capitulate because of it (Yildirim a notable recent example), but some shine like never before (Teofimo Lopez looked a little scared to me at the face off, but he proved that his fear wasn't a sign of weakness).

    This is a mismatch.

    I'm disappointed they couldn't find a better, more meaningful opponent for Beterbiev. He's not getting any younger and has already wasted too much time.

    But at least Canelo is fighting again in May, against a live opponent.

    Arum will likely keep Beterbiev inactive for another year after Saturday.

    Hopefully not...otherwise Arum sucks as a promoter and people would be advised to not bother with Top Rank and go to DAZN, Matchroom or somewhere else that can give certain guarantees.

    Top Rank are losing ground. In 5 years time - or whenever Arum dies - they will be irrelevent. Just like Don King is a footnote now.

    Ideally I would like to see Beterbiev against Smith Jr and Bivol this year.

    2021 is a MUST be busy year for Artur.

    Since it is in Russian it is hard for me to get a sense whether Deines
    I can't tell about Deines but Beterbiev is as relaxed and confident as I have ever seen him.

    Artur incorporates some pretty unique exercises into his training regime or at least ones I haven't seen many other fighters doing

    And people often talk about his size but he just doesn't look that big to me. He has quite a small frame but he's just packing a lot of muscle on it and he has muscles in places where muscle don't grow

    He's around 5ft10 barefoot...Around the same size as a fully rehydrated Khabib. Perhaps a smidge taller..but much leaner and naturally stronger due to the insane exercises he does that strenghthen all those sinew muscles of his.

    The 6ft1 Gvozdyk had around 3" of height on him. Watch them in the clinches and you'll see Beterbiev's true height.
