Najee was handpicked to lose, only advantages for Najee that I see is he's 25 and Beterbiev is 40 and he has a 3 inch height advantage. I've never seen Najee fight so we'll see if his team chose the proper victim or does the selection of a 25 year old backfire
Yes but they could have just tried to make a fight with Beterbiev instead, considering the Benavidez - Yarde fight was announced fairly recently. Just screams like a tune-up fight for both whilst Beterbiev is 40.
Benavidez will never fight Beterbiev. His face was reconstructed by a mediocre fighter called Morrell. I don't want to imagine what kind of scary things Beterbiev would do to him.
Beterbiev won't even have to use his trusty old patented rabbit punch to knock the excrement out of Najee. A jab might be enough to do the trick. This is a horrendous fight, quite frankly I'd rather see a rematch with Gvozdyk than this.
blah blah blah, meanwhile Beterbiev is fighting a nobody. I'm sick of hearing what everyone would do to Benavidez while they keep fighting anyone but Benavidez.
Bivol has been dropping those belts and getting stripped too. Also swerved Benavidez and the Beterbiev TRILOGY too. He wants easy money now and the hunger has gone. He is in Canelo "cash out" mode but Turki is going to blackball him.
Funny you say that because I personally believe he’s fighting Canelo next and probably trying to do it at 168.
I don't think so Crawford will school Canelo (might get robbed though) and the Bivol rematch becomes redundant. IMO.
