Don't worry, we'll find a middle man to facilitate the bet.

Artur is the monster Ward never had to deal with during his stay at SMW.

-Extremely well schooled / am's background
-Frame fully filled in, maxed out at the weight
-Poised to fight inside with heavy hooks
-One hell of a punch, strong as an ox

IBF eliminator early 2017 vs Mikhalkin in the works, then it's on to Ward. Pretty sure Ward will be the equivalent of a 3-year old with a toy at the negotiation table for the Kovalev rematch, so maybe just maybe Beterbiev gets a shot late 2017 / early 2018. He's 31... isn't Ward around the same age?

You could just remind him of 80 percent of the boxing experts and writers that had the fight for Kovalev. Even mainstream western media had the fight for Kovalev.

Wait, is this a full-on transferring of allegiance from Kovalev to Beterbiev or a partial one keeping a foot in both camps?

NO, Beterbiev has always been looked positively, nothing surprising here.

I'm just gently rocking the boat. lol

Berterbiev looked like a beast last night and very impressive at close range for the brief couple of minutes we got to see him. But not as beastly as the two female CWs Box Nation subjected me to a couple of hours before...

Yeah Beterbiev is frightening, anything he touches....he destroys. :chuck: Including the two females boxing :b2:

He would make quick work of Wawrzyk too, I'm dead serious.

LOL the undertones on these boards are freaking awesome....the big man upstairs is sometimes known for his humor and reading posts from some of you guys brings me right back to how non-progressive we are as humans.

Beterb is a truck but certainly doesn't walk through Ward, I would say he has a better shot at stopping Ward when compared to SK at the moment because Ward would have to feel him out as well. I'm looking forward to the SK rematch above anything at the moment, the first fight was intriguing and the second would be even better.

Nothing wrong with backing both some people prefer spreading the investment so they can reap the benefits of their superior selection when wishes and hopes finally become real. I get better feeling from Beterbiev when compared to SK, he seems less arrogant though SK isn't as narcissistic as a Mcgregor/Floyd

Well, Ward likes to fight inside and wrestle his opponents. Beterbiev is lethal up close and strong as a bear.

I do agree Artur would maul Ward.

But I think Kovalev can outbox Beterbiev ;)

Beterbiev is from Dagestan. Greco style wrestling is their national sport.
