Somebody in the YouTube live chat just confirmed (in Russian, which I put through a quick Google Translate) - further bouts are being held until a Матч ТВ broadcast starts.

Per the Матч ТВ website, that won't be until 19:30 in Moscow time - 15 minutes from now.

(bottom of the hour will be 21:30 local time in Ufa)

So the crowd really is going to have been sitting there for a full hour between fights.

It's actually been over an hour already since Gabdrafikov TKO2 Baimolda, with Sadokov now in the ring still yapping away.

Silyagin is 1-0 in IBA-Pro, and González is 0-1.

In regular boxing, Silyagin is 16-0-1 (7) and González is 21-1 (18).

Both had lots of international amateur and WSB (semi-pro) experience, but Silyagin fared far better than the Venezuelan (González lost in pretty much all his steps up in class, but to be fair fought the likes of Israil Madrimov, Arlen López, and Roniel Iglesias - all amateur elites/legends).

González's one pro loss was last year via UD to unbeaten Mexican-Aussie prospect César "El Tijuanero" Mateo Tapia Bryce.

R1 - Silyagin, controlled with the 1-2 as the Venezuelan mostly shelled up
R2 - González, close, some spiteful exchanges in the middle of the ring

Commentators agree the second was better for González but they doubt he closed the gap enough to get it from the judges.

The crowd is pro-Silyagin but restless during the lengthy pauses in action. Silyagin very cagey, having a good hard think while circling before any offensive sorties.

Clarke reports that officials have demoted this from an 8 to a 6-rounder.

Probably happened sometime just before the ring walks, but they were just made aware now.

    39-37 Silyagin

Can't really blame González for just coasting behind a high guard and treating it like a spar. Even if he were to go all out and kayo Silyagin, it wouldn't count on his pro record or move him toward a world ranking. Survive, take your second L in IBA-Pro, and get paid...no real downside to it and nothing to gain by trying to win.

I get the sense that in a real boxing match with actual stakes, their styles could mesh to make for a good fight.

This, however, is...poor. They're both holding back a lot, neither really sitting down on anything.

If anything, it's just making Silyagin look bad as he's outworking González but still getting tagged quite a bit.

Silyagin has a terrible habit of throwing rising headshot combinations where both gloves return to rest on the hip, instead of up in front of his face. That could get him KTFO some day if he gets drawn into a dust-up with a big hitter. (González does have a high KO rate, but it's mostly padded up on domestic soil...also, he isn't really gunning for one here, content to survive)

    Official cards:

    ?

    UD for Silyagin

Ho-hum. Pavel even looks somewhat nonplussed with his own performance.

Mollaoğlu hails from Türkiye and is 2-1 in real boxing (and 0-1 in pro kickboxing), here making her IBA-Pro debut.

A tall and rangy blonde Russian southpaw, AAA is a decorated amateur, who is 3-0 in IBA-Pro but hasn't made a real professional debut as of yet. She is perhaps best known globally as being the opponent whose loss to Imane Khelif in the world championships in 2023 was overturned by IBA due to a "failed hormone test", cited frequently during the controversy surrounding Khelif throughout last year's Olympics.
