I think there is emotion here, but its coming from you.

Did Wilder bang your woman or something?

Like I said, when Szpillka last fought at 200, Wilder was also fighting at 200

Wilder is 6'7, he was always going to outgrow the division.

And apparently Szpillka was always going to outgrow it too.

Hes a powerfully built guy who is 6'3

Im simply saying, if you're going to belittle this fight, dont use the stupid argument of "Szpillka fought 3 fights at CW when he was in his teens"

Stop talking sensibly to him. He doesn't like it when you do that.

Not that powerfully built, he could come down IMO and I think he'd have more success at CW.

But yeah, it's silly to say he's picking on a CW, he's a legit HW, it's not like he's been dragged up just for this fight, he's been fighting at HW for most of his career.

Still a pretty underwhelming opponent... Molina, Duhaupass and now Szpilka, not exactly stuff legends are made of.

OK fine, Wilder is awful for fighting a guy who fought at cruiserweight in his teens.

    I give up...

You're right, those are mediocre opponents.

    Hopefully its Povetkin next

Szpillka himself said "I never thought I'd be fighting at heavyweight" in the video. Oh man.

Do you know how he get from cruiserweight to heavyweight? He went to prison and came out 60-70 lbs heavier. He entered the ring less than 2 years later over 42 lbs heavier.

Do you think he grew into it?

I made the thread as a gag. I wasn't being very serious. I was also pulling your chain.

I wouldn't actually have minded Szpilka if Wilder didn't do this in succession now. I mean by itself, he's not that bad of an opponent.

I'd rather see Szpillka vs Glazkov though, to be honest. Two similar sized and styled guys, or maybe Szpillka vs Cunningham.

Wilder, I've given up on who I'd like to see him fight. Obviously Povetkin, Fury, Jennings especially, Pulev.

I am sure Szpilka will try his best, he will make a great effort but I cannot see him winning this fight.

He is in great fighting shape. He's comfortably fighting at 230 lbs for a while.

It's not like he is out of shape or something.
