Yeah..? And this fight is at bridgerweight, who said otherwise?

 

When it was originally scheduled, for May 8th, this was billed as being a 12 round WBC eliminator for the right to challenge the inaugural champ at Bridger. Now, though, BoxRec lists it as 10 rounds... I'm not sure if that is an error on their part or if something changed.

 

Różański, btw, is practically the damn poster child for justifying bridgerweight's existence, far more than is Szpilka himself.

Różański is 6′0½″ with his average career weight around two hundred thirty-odd pounds. (Szpilka is 6′3½″)

 

In with a fair chance tbf but wouldn't say you are quite printing money there.

Paweł Stępień vs. Deneb Raúl Díaz Gutierrez, 10 rounds @ light heavyweight

 

Stępień not exactly steppin' up in class here against his fellow unbeaten prospect from Colombia. Díaz - whose record of 14-0 is near identical to Stępień's own 14-0-1, both of them with 11 stoppage victories - is a crusher of cans and probably a big step down from Dmitry Sukhotsky in truth.

 

Díaz bringing some wild, MMA level striking.

Stępień is hardly Mike McCallum himself but his technique is head and shoulders above his opponent's.
