Canadian documentary about the last 2 years of his life was just on TV. He fought hard and partied hard with girls , booze and drugs . Difficult to say if it was a suicide or murder ... he was in a street fight shortly before his death . He had a substantial head wound from the street fight according to the documentary which interviewed the taxi driver who drove him to the villa he was staying at with his wife. The taxi driver had to clean up a lot of blood from the head rest where Gatti was sitting . The autopsy photo of the back of his head showed the head wound . Bottom line is that it could have been a suicide . His wife may have been a gold-digger who struck it rich by marrying him but a murderer ? Its possible but from the documentary it seemed to favour the suicide theory but we will never know.
