Not so sure about that, if she ever enters the states or canada they may take her in to custody, motive started just a few weeks prior when Gatti re assigned his entire estate in her behalf...

Cant the DA argue that as soon as she was assigned the sole beneficiary, she lured him down to brazil to kill him?:think

 

There are 3 or 4 people who should spend the rest of their lives behind bars or worse for this, but I doubt any of them will be brought to justice. Im sure karma will sort it out though.

I thought it was murder and shady corrupt investigation when i first read about it. hopefully something can be done about it

So the Gatti family hired a bunch of experts to tell them what they wanted to hear. The Gatti family obviously diskliked his wife and hates the idea of her getting half of Gatti´s wealth (instead of them). Some people here are very uncritical and will jump on any bandwagon that suits their interests. The key question here is, who´s experts are these...i.e., who´s paying them. No expert works for free. Reserve judgement and you will see a counter group of experts soon.

Whatever happens I doubt we will ever know the truth about arturo's death...

 

I'm not totally familiar with the ins and outs of investigations like this. Is it very common for an "independent" investigator to basically look for findings that make the client happy?
