Not sure how up to date you are on this whole thing, but they ruled out suicide by a series of tests that confirm, given the circumstances, it wasn't a suicide. What happened that night wasn't a suicide. It's actually pretty easy to assess a situation and decide if it's suicide or something else. At least, there's way more evidence to support a homicide than a suicide.
