Hmm.. this would be interesting to me. Doubt Paulie has the power to hurt Gatti in any way but of course Gatti was no way near as fast

Malignaggi is so over-rated. He loses to anybody with any class.

Gatti had the balls and power to at least give himself a chance.

the bottom line is Malignaggi doesn't even have a puncher's chance. He literally has no chance against any of them.

I think Gatti would overwhelm Malignaggi myself, if Paulie had a bit of dig behind him then he would win this match.

The brawling Gatti would give Paulie hell in a similar way to Hatton. The Gatti that fought floyd would lose by a pretty clear decision. Why oh why did Gatti fight on the outside versus Floyd I'll never know.

I think the best Paulie beats the worst Gatti, but that's the best I can give Paulie right now.

Of course not. He was a good fighter but not an elite. And after his loss to Gatti his record was not very good

I thought we were talking about class as in elite level class

A fighter trained by Floyd Patterson himself and a two weight class world champ, who was the current champ when Gatti fought him. Maybe his record wasn't good afterward, but I think he gets credit for taking out a top level fighter there. Not saying a p4p type but, you know. Ruelas, Patterson, Robinson, Gamache, all did not have a good time after fighting rough ones with Gatti either. And Patterson had just prior to Gatti given a beating to an undefeated champion to get the title they fought for.
