Hatton has fought all the top guys who would fight him. He doesn't have the greatest boxing skills, but he's tough, game and too seasoned for Gatti who has too little defense.

I hate to pick against the WARRIOR, but I think Arturo would always come a BIT short vs Hatton.

So it's Hatton by Decision or late TKO.

 

Hatton is just a better fighter than Gatti. He might get rocked a couple times but should win. Hatton by mid-rounds stoppage.
